Truvy's Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake
- 1 cup gluten free pancake mix (Bisquick)
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 15oz can of fruit cocktail (packed in juice, no added sweeteners)
- Coconut oil (to grease pan)
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Truvy's Cuppa Cuppa Cuppa Cake: A cleaned up version of the Steel Magnolias recipe.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a baking pan with coconut oil. Stir together flour, sugar, and juice from the can of fruit cocktail. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Spoon the fruit cocktail over the batter. Bake for 40 minutes or "till golden brown, and bubbly". Serve with vanilla ice cream to "cut the sweetness".
