Fraîche RaguI am so thankful for the freshly ground lamb from Chops. The fraîche ragu was served over organic pappardelle pasta and topped with a creamy mint - infused ricotta cheese. Yum! Mouths were drooling with anticipation and silenced on the first bite. The only sounds made were "mmmm's" and "oh my gosh's"!
