Popovers
- 1 cup Better Batter gluten free flour
- 1/3 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 extra large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup 2% or whole milk, room temperature
Preheat oven to 400 and brush a popover pan or muffin pan with unsalted butter. Whisk eggs, milk, and butter in a large bowl. Mix in salt and flour. Whisk until smooth. Pour batter into the prepared pan half full in each well. Bake for 20-30 minutes or till browned and puffed, depending on the size pan. Serve hot. Enjoy!
