Salt & Vinegar Popcorn
- 4 tbsp popcorn
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp grass fed butter plus 1tsp melted
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2-3/4 tsp Distilled White Vinegar Powder
Add popcorn, coconut oil, and 1 tbsp of butter to a pan over medium heat. Cover and shake frequently. When the popping slows remove from the heat and pour into a large bowl. Mix together salt and vinegar powder in a small bowl. Spoon the remaining butter over the popcorn and toss to fully coat. Sprinkle salt mixture over buttered popcorn. Toss/stir the popcorn and seasonings. Enjoy!
