Medjool Date & Chocolate Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake I did not notice until I was reviewing the pictures, but it looks as if the serving dish is made out of a corn husk? Interesting to say the least! The cake was extremely moist with chunks of chocolate in it. The date flavor was very subtle but noticeable, and the glass sugar decoration on top did have a slight toffee flavor. Overall this was a fantastic dessert!
