Gluten Free Bisquick Mix
- 8 1/4c Better Batter gluten free flour
- 1 1/4c nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4c baking powder
- 1/4 c coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2c palm shortening
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until you have a crumbly mixture. Store in a sealed container in the freezer. Use this mix cup for cup for any Bisquick/biscuit/pancake recipes.
