Gluten Free Pizza Crust
- 2 cups Better Batter gluten free flour
- 1 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp sea salt (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup of water
Preheat oven on broil.
Mix dry ingredients together and stir in water and oil. Add more water as needed for the dough to come together. It will still be a little crumbly, but will hold together when squeezed. On a floured surface pat out a ball of dough and roll out to desired thickness. You can use all the dough at once or make a few smaller pizzas. Carefully transfer rolled out dough to a pizza stone and place in the preheated oven. Broil for 2-5 minutes, till crust is starting to brown. Flip crust over and broil for only 1 minute. Add toppings of choice and place back under the broiler till cheese is bubbly and browned. Enjoy!
